* We will arrange a time with you to pick up and/or drop off your scooter when we deem it convenient, taking distance, location and traffic hours into account. It could be the same day or the next 5 days after you contacted us.

* The Towing Fee is calculated using a $90.00 ‘base fee’ up to 10 km from our workshop (Auckland CBD), then an extra $3.00 per km.
